This local, homemade cookie dough is designed for slice and bake cookies. It’s delivered in a Glassine wrapping with an instruction label – both are recyclable. These allergen free cookies never contain wheat flour, nuts, soy or refined sugar, as well as, no preservatives or artificial products. Kate’s Kuki can be stored for 30 days in refrigerator or 90 days in the freezer.
Flavors include:
- Chocolate Chip – A classic version of the chocolate chip cookie, gluten free & nut free. (Ingredients: gluten free flour, coconut palm sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, cocoa butter, vegetable oil (non soy), water, egg, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla)
- Lava Road – These chocolate fudge cookies are gluten free, nut free and keto friendly. Chocolate used is from the Big Island. (Ingredients: gluten free flour, coconut palm sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, cocoa butter, vegetable oil (non soy), water, egg, sea salt, baking soda, vanilla)
- Ginger Lemon – A ginger lemon cookie made from products locally sourced and are vegan, gluten free & nut free. (Ingredients: gluten free flour, raw cane sugar, vegetable oil (non soy), egg substitute, sea salt, baking powder, vanilla, ginger (fresh, dried), lemon grass, lemon zest, dried hibiscus, safflower)
