Peanut Butter – Chocolate Fudge
- 12 to 14 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups nuts of your choice (walnuts, macadamia nuts or pecans recommended)
- 1 premade pie crust (chocolate or graham cracker recommended)
Coat 8×8 inch baking pan with butter or margarine.
Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals until melted (no more than 2 minutes). Note that when chocolate melts it can retain its shape until stirred.
